Welcome to my Video Library of workouts. You will find a variety of Pilates workouts, Barre work and Yoga Flow. Short sessions to fit into busy days are available, or there are longer workouts for when you can give yourself a little more time and attention.

Each month more content is added including at least one longer Pilates class and a minimum of two shorter sessions. Take your pick or mix and match but as always take care of your body and never exercise when you are unwell.

Our bodies are precious so if in doubt seek medical advice before taking any class.
