As a Seraphina Pilates Member, you will have full access to view the full library of tutorial videos.
You will find a variety of Pilates workouts, Barre work and Yoga Flow. Short sessions to fit into busy days are available, or there are longer workouts for when you can give yourself a little more time and attention.
Each month more content is added, including at least one longer Pilates class and a minimum of two shorter sessions. Take your pick or mix and match but as always take care of your body and never exercise when you are unwell.
