Pilates & Yoga Retreats

Achieving a work/life balance, even with support, can get frantic, overwhelming and exhausting.

This has been a constant theme with my clients, we created our retreats as an opportunity for people to escape, exercise, reset and recharge.

We began running our European retreats in 2010 and switched to UK only Retreats in 2022. We recognised the need to bring things closer to home, less travel, less airmiles, less environmental damage and a lot less travel related stress for our guests. 

All Retreats are fully catered, A variety of therapies can be enjoyed or simply relax in between your daily Pilates & Yoga sessions with a  book or talk a walk, all rooms are ensuite (there is no single supplement)

These retreats are aimed at people and teachers who are already passionate about the benefits of Pilates and want to explore the work in greater depth.

Pilates Workshops & Classes

Our workshops in London are designed to help you delve deeper into understanding how to build a stronger, more flexible resilience in your body. Using Pilates exercises as the framework to improve our habits and awareness along with a variety of other Methods to help us reach more freedom in our day to day movement.

Pilates & Footwork. Why were the feet so important to Joseph Pilates & how can we use his knowledge & wisdom to improve our own Pilates & movement practice. Join us for an exploration in anatomy & exercises to gain a better understanding of just why our feet matter.

Suzy has been teaching both Classical & Contemporary Pilates since 2001, Yoga since 2021 & studied fascial anatomy with Gary Carter in 2022.

Hampshire, UK Weekend escape

This stunning venue creates the perfect opportunity to enjoy the benefits of not only daily Pilates (2 x 90 minutes classes included) & some gentle reset Yoga  and end of day stretching (2 x 75 minute classes included)  but also the option to enjoy a little pampering on site with the talented team at Fine tuning treatments.

Delicious plant-based catering is provided throughout the weekend is provided by the Crow Spotters team and all accommodation is en-suite and within the beautiful House and grounds itself, outside of class you dont need to lift so much as a finger for the entire weekend.

We even have an optional outdoor sauna experience & a cold shower for those really ready to brave it.

Walks in the New Forest are a short drive away, alternatively you might want to head to Highcliffe beach and take in some sea air enjoy a paddle in the sea. 

Alternatively, you can just rest, breathe and immerse yourself in this beautiful space and enjoy the chance to move, learn and laugh with like-minded guests.

Some experience of Pilates is required but if you are new to Yoga not to worry, just bring an open mind and a sense of humour and you will fit right in.

Rooms are allocated on a first come basis.

All rooms except Room 6 have a double bed and are en-suite

Non refundable £100 deposit required, full amount due no later than 4 weeks prior to the Retreat.

The Retreat is limited to a maximum of 11 guests.

 

We are happy to accommodate a variety of dietary requirements just give us plenty of notice in advance. All catering is Plantbased
