Pilates Retreats
Escape, exercise, reset and recharge
Achieving a work/life balance, even with support, can get frantic, overwhelming and exhausting.
This has been a constant theme with my clients, we created our retreats as an opportunity for people to escape, exercise, reset and recharge.
We began running our European retreats in 2010 and switched to UK only Retreats in 2022. Wee recognised the need to bring things closer to home, less travel, less airmiles, less environmental damage and a lot less travel related stress for our guests.
Our First UK Retreat in January 2022 sold out within weeks, and we thrilled to be bringing more of these energising weekends to our guests, we will be returning to the stunning New Forest, Christchurch in April & October 2023 – an enchanting and magical part of the world surrounded by ancient forests.
These weekend escapes are fully catered with the most delicious freshly cooked plantbased food, relaxing therapies can be enjoyed or simply relax inbetween your daily Pilates & Yoga sessions with a relaxing bath & book, all rooms are ensuite (there is no single supplement)
These retreats are aimed at people and teachers who are already passionate about the benefits of Pilates and want to explore the work in greater depth.
Suzy has been teaching both Classical & Contemporary Pilates since 2001, Yoga since 2021 & studied fascial anatomy with Gary Carter in 2022, join us for a weekend of movement, learning and fun.
