7 Day Reset : An introduction & what to expect

Welcome to my 7 day reset, drawing from over 25 years of teaching movement and over 15 years running retreats join me daily over 7 days as we find a way to reset intentions and habits and build some strength and mobility back into our bodies & minds in the process.

All you have to do is allocate a time and space daily for 7 days, this is usually the hardest part. After that it’s moving and listening that makes the magic happen.

Learn to breathe both from your body and breathe energy back into life.
