Join Suzy for 45 minutes of Pilates & Barre, a strong & steady class building strength, flexibity & powerful grace into your practice. Variations are offered to ensure the class benefits your body, optional weights can be used (no more than 3lbs) Since most of us don’t have a ballet barre, a steady chair or surface, or just a clear wall space can help with building balance. As always get medical advice before taking up exercise if you have any concerns.
