Originally from a dance and performance background, I first discovered Pilates at 18 years old. Pilates became a full time feature in my life in 2002 when I qualified to teach Mat work with Body Control Pilates in London. Up until that point, my career had taken me through the theatre, reflexology and personal training, teaching everything from aqua fit to circuits. It was only coming to Pilates that I finally figured out where I might fit.
Having fully qualified in my comprehensive training in 2014 with Alison Goodman, I now run my own Pilates studio for 1-1 tuition in Kensal Green, London. I am continuing to expand my learning and teaching repertoire regularly in New York and am truly grateful to have the opportunity to study with teachers such as Kathryn Ross-Nash.
Whenever and wherever possible, I am compelled to keep learning, keep sharing and most importantly, keep staying true to Joseph Pilates Method and its intentions. I currently teach full time in London, in my own classes, in my own Pilates studio and as a studio teacher at www.pilatesnation.co.uk. I also run dedicated Pilates Retreats throughout the year in Italy and Cyprus as well as bespoke holidays to St. Lucia in the Caribbean.
